Operational guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for enterprise and academic interactions.

1. Service Provisioning
RT Solutions provides high-tier software engineering, system architecture, and academic project mentorship. All enterprise engagements are subject to detailed Statements of Work (SOW) defining scope, deliverables, and timelines.
2. Financial Protocols
Project initiation requires the clearance of predefined mobilization advances. We maintain strict milestones, and continuous delivery is contingent upon adherence to the agreed payment schedules.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon fulfillment of all financial obligations, the client assumes full ownership of the custom source code and deployment architecture. RT Solutions retains the right to utilize anonymized architectural patterns for internal frameworks.
4. Operational Liabilities
While we architect systems for maximum fault tolerance, RT Solutions shall not be liable for secondary operational losses resulting from third-party API deprecations or unforeseeable hardware failures outside our managed infrastructure.
